Hi guys how you doin'?? I've loved that topic since the very first time I saw it =) Anyway... rumour has it...everybody'd like to go to London! Lemme be truly honest...I don't like British pronounciation at all...I prefer the American one. I've been to San Francisco and my mind went blank. I'm looing forward to graduating and moving there to teach Italian for foreign students. Fingers crossed =))

And, as I'm probably going in UK for my PhD, this could be a problem.
Besides, in my uni there's plenty of American native students, so my pronunciation is strongly influenced by them.

i like american sit-com accent, not the real one. even though it's so much easier to understand than say the posh bridgetjones kind of accent... but there's still nothing that can beat the sex appeal of a proper british posh accent, no way.

I usually watch Jersey Shore on Mtv and it's so hard to understand them when they talk. The accent is strong and in addition to that they use the New Jersey dialect!
Even my English teacher finds hard to figure out what they say and if he does it's because of the Italian subtitles below. Lol!
